You can never be fast enough gaining feedback from your customers. Fast customer feedback gives you the ability to validate assumptions soon which gives you clarity about which ones worked and which ones don’t (inspect & adapt). Fast customer feedback also provides you with information about how your users experience your product, this makes it possible to make more impact next time/release and increase their happiness (most important KPI).
When I ran into this wall of stickies during my visit to Dublin, suddenly an idea popped up. How cool would it be to start sharing Agile examples I experience/discover during my daily life? Besides, it’s fun to do I also think it’s a good practice to broaden my Agile mindset and to share these kinds of discoverings as examples during training or customer assignments. (and with you of course)
